Contactors HMW/3/... and HMW/1/.. have a housing that can be attached to the line by a clamping band. Inside the housing there is a terminal and a microswitch fitted with a magnet. In the pipe to which the HMW is attached floats a float which is also equipped with a magnet. As soon as this magnet floats past the HMW it switches the microswitch. This activates the microswitch with which an electrical circuit can be realized.
