Measure, alarm and log analog sensors Mobeye CML4015-SISTM

The Mobeye SISTM, the CML4015, is an alarm and log module for standard industrial sensors, in industrial housing. Suitable for any sensor with an output signal in the range of 0-1V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, or potential-free. Also possibility as pulse counter, measuring pulses within specified time frame. Alarm limits adjustable, log function in combination with Mobeye Internet Portal. The unit works with built-in GSM and alarms and logs via the cell phone network. Alarms are followed by SMS, call and/or e-mail to contacts. Frequency of logging can be adjusted, as well as the interval of synchronization with Portal. In Portal the log values are clearly readable, with download functions.

Measurement of analog values

The Mobeye SISTM is a 2-channel module, suitable for sensors with outputs between 4-20mA, 0-1V, 0-10V and everything in between. The SISTM provides periodic logging and data synchronization to the portal. An LTE-M 4G + 2G communication module is integrated.
By setting a conversion factor, label and unit for the sensor value, the SISTM translates the output value to a meaningful parameter, such as pressure in mBar, soil moisture in %, e

Battery powered or external voltage

Depending on the version, the CML4015 and sensors operate entirely on batteries, or on a 12-24VDC power source.

The CML4015-HP Uses external power supply for the SISTM and sensors. With continuous measurement on the sensors, if the set limit is under or exceeded, an alarm is initiated. Logging of values is done according to an adjustable interval. The power supply is also monitored. If it is lost, a notification follows.

The CML4015-LP is fully battery powered and self-contained, providing power to both the SISTM and the sensors. The CML4015-LP measures sensor values periodically, with an adjustable interval and warm-up time of the sensors. The measured values are logged. If the alarm limit is under or exceeded, an alarm notification follows.

Per alarm input a min/max alarm limit is adjustable. In an alarm situation the Mobeye CML4015 sends notifications by app (IOS/Android), telephone call (voice message), text message and/or e-mail. The message also contains the current values. For the push messages, there is a choice between an escalation plan or group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can acknowledge the push message, preventing the other contacts from receiving the message. If none of the recipients confirm the push message, a call still goes out. The number of contacts is unlimited.

The SISTM works with the Mobeye sim card including the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the Mobeye Messages app. With the Mobeye sim card, communication is over the 4G LTE-M network with 2G as fall back.
