The Mobeye Panic Button is a simple and effective alarm detector. At the touch of a button, it alerts set contacts via push message, voice call, text message or email.

For invoking help from a fixed location. To multiple contacts at once, or via escalation plan.

In an unsafe situation or when in need of care, quick help may be necessary. The Mobeye Panic Button is easy to place under a desk, a bed, or close to a machine. Can operate fully battery powered.

This product is the successor to the Mobeye CM2500.

Print head: The Mobeye Panic Button (CM4500) has a large built-in button. When it is pressed for one second, the alarm starts. It is possible to connect two external alarm buttons or alarm contacts.

Alarms: In an alarm situation the Mobeye Panic Button sends notifications by app (IOS/Android), telephone call (voice message), text message and/or e-mail. For the push messages, there is a choice between an escalation plan or group message. The group message goes to everyone at once. With the escalation plan, the recipient can acknowledge the push message, preventing the other contacts from receiving the message. If none of the recipients confirm the push message, a call, text and/or e-mail still goes out. The number of contacts is unlimited.

External voltage versus battery powered: The Mobeye Panic Button can run autonomously on batteries and can therefore be used anywhere. After pressing the button the communication module first searches for network connection. This may take about 20 seconds. To make the notification faster, connect the unit to an external power source, with a network adapter. The detector then always has network connection and sends the notification immediately after pressing.

Network and SIM card: The Mobeye sim card gives the device full functionality, including the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the app. With the Mobeye sim card, communication is over the 4G LTE-M network with 2G as fallback. When inserting your own SIM card the device operates on 2G. Alarms are then sent via SMS and/or call to up to 5 phone numbers.
